Go Forward

Day 24: Go Forward

And the LORD said to Moses, “Why do you cry to me?” Tell the children of Israel to go forward.
Exodus 14:15

Encouragement:

Fasting is a time-honored practice used by people of faith for centuries. It is a way to purify the body, focus the mind, and draw closer to God. And for the past 21 days, you have been participating in this practice. You have shown incredible dedication and discipline, so you should be proud.

But now that the fast is ending, it's important to remember that this is just the beginning. The time is now to go forward, to take what you have learned during this time and apply it to your daily life.

You have spent the past 21 days cultivating a deeper relationship with God. You have spent time in prayer, meditation, and self-reflection. You have identified areas of your life that need improvement and have committed to change.

So don't let all that hard work go to waste. Don't slip back into old habits and patterns of behavior. Instead, use this momentum to propel you forward. Use this experience as a springboard to launch yourself into a new season of growth and transformation.

The time is now to go forward. Please take what you have learned during this fast and apply it to your daily life. Make time for prayer and meditation. Focus on self-improvement and personal growth. And above all, continue to draw closer to God.

Remember that the journey of faith is a lifelong one. There will be ups and downs, successes and failures. But with dedication, discipline, and a willingness to learn and grow, you can continue to move forward, one step at a time.

So, keep going. Keep pushing forward. And know that you are not alone. God is with you every step of the way.

In the Bible, there are several instances where God encourages his people to go forward. Here are a few scriptures that you may find uplifting and empowering as you continue your journey:
1. "And the LORD, He is the One who goes before you. He will be with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid, nor be dismayed." - Deuteronomy 31:8 (KJV)

2. "But Moses said to the people, 'Do not be afraid. Stand still and see the salvation of the LORD, which He will accomplish for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall see again no more. The LORD will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace." - Exodus 14:13-14 (KJV)

3. "Do not remember the former things. Nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing. Now it shall spring forth, shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert." - Isaiah 43:18-19 (KJV)

4. "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation, old things have passed away, behold all things have become new."  - 2 Corinthians 5:17 (KJV)

5. "Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended, but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead." - Philippians 3:13-14 (KJV)

These scriptures remind us that God is with us, will fight for us, and is always doing new things in our lives. They encourage us to forget the past and look ahead to the future with hope and confidence in God's plan for our lives. So, as you go forward, keep these words in your heart and know that God is with you every step of the way.

THE TIME IS NOW, GO FORWARD!
